After the class we took a Nature Walk, it was pretty outside. We listened for frog noises.
We went to the Stony Creek Nature Center for a preschool frog class on Monday. The Naturalist, Mike, was very funny. He played the guitar and taught us some frog songs, and used a flannel board with pieces for the children to move around. Brooke didn't sit very still, but she liked making a mask at the end of the class. The children got a party blower and we put velcro at the end of it. Then, he gave each child a bug and they could try to catch the bug, pretending the blower was the frog's tongue.
